Shipping Information for Physical Books


Physical Books (Paperbacks & Special Editions)

FREE SHIPPING! RAZ INK LLC will ship physical book products, including paperbacks and special editions, within the United States only as we build the store. At this time, international shipping for these books are not offered, but that will change in the future. Please allow five business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

Combined Orders

If you’re located in the United States and you order both a physical book and swag/merchandise items, please note that they will be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, as books and merchandise are fulfilled from different locations.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

 

Third Party Merchandise Shipping Information


All swag and merchandise products are handled through a third party provider. If you are ordering merch, it all ships directly from the supplier. RAZ INK LLC does not have control over what items are in stock, shipping, and delivery. If items are out of stock, it will take longer for it to arrive. If you order merch along with books, there will be two different shipping costs as all merch comes directly from the supplier, and physical books are shipped from RAZ INK LLC.


Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. As each item is custom-made upon order, processing time includes production and quality checks to ensure that your items meet our high standards.


Shipping Times


After processing, orders are shipped based on the delivery option selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3-7 business days (Books are sent media mail)
  • International Shipping: 10-30 business days, depending on the destination


Shipping times may vary due to factors like customs processing, seasonal demand, or unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, destination, and chosen shipping speed. These costs are set by our production partners and may vary depending on the location of each fulfillment center.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s progress until it arrives at your door.


International Shipping and Customs


For orders outside the U.S., please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand any potential fees.


Separate Shipments


If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. Printify partners with various print providers, and items are shipped from the facility closest to your location. Each item’s production time may vary, so you may receive items on different days.


Delays and Unforeseen Issues


We strive to meet the estimated shipping times but cannot guarantee them. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or other external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding and are here to help with any shipping-related questions.
