All of our products are either digital goods and/or books, apparel, and merch items that are print-on-demand, where each order is custom-printed after the order is received. Due to the nature of this process, we do not accept returns. Be certain to double-check that you are choosing the correct format, size, quantity, and color (when applicable) before placing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will review it for replacement at our discretion based on photographic documentation of the damage.
Please send an email within 30 days after the product is received to rebecca@rebeccazanetti.com with your order number and photos of the damage in question for review.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is your responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier or make an insurance claim.
We do not offer exchanges as all items are custom ordered and printed on demand.
All swag and merchandise products are handled through a third party provider. If you are ordering merch, it all ships directly from the supplier. RAZ INK LLC does not have control over what items are in stock, shipping, and delivery. If items are out of stock, it will take longer for it to arrive. If you order merch along with books, there will be two different shipping costs as all merch comes directly from the supplier, and physical books are shipped from RAZ INK LLC.
International orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to RAZ INK LLC nor are they set by RAZ INK LLC. Import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. RAZ INK LLC is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
